1133 Consulting was founded in 2017 by Rita Masini Goettlicher, an accomplished senior HR executive, specializing in building high performance teams and organizational capability. With two decades of broad generalist experience and expertise in talent management, she has a resume of delivering 'best in class' HR programs to global companies. Rita perfected her craft as a leader of the talent acquisition, learning, and employee development Center of Excellences in a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and PR/marketing communications. In addition to her many certifications, Rita graduated with a Bachelor's degree from University of Rhode Island and has a Masters degree in HR Development from Villanova University. For fun, Rita is an active fundraiser for Cycle for Survival, enjoys networking and serves as a volunteer for the All is Well foundation, a non-profit dedicated to empowering those impacted by cancer.
